1. Preschool education

Third, high school education

In 2021, the gross enrollment rate in high school was 91.4%.

There are 14,600 ordinary high schools across the country.There are 90.495 million enrollment and 260,500,300 students in the school.There are 2.283 million full -time teachers in ordinary high schools.

There are 7294 secondary vocational schools across the country.There were 4.899 million enrollment and 1.3118 million students at schools.There are 695,400 full -time teachers in secondary vocational education.

Fourth, higher education

In 2021, there were 3012 colleges and universities across the country, of which 1238 were general undergraduate schools; 32 undergraduate -level vocational schools; 1486 higher vocational (college) schools; 256 adult colleges and universities.The total number of higher education in various forms of higher education is 44.3 million, and the gross enrollment rate of higher education is 57.8%.

A total of 1,013,200 students across the country and vocational colleges were enrolled, of which 4.446 million were generally enrolled in general undergraduate; 41,400 vocational undergraduate enrollment; 5.5258 million enrollment of higher vocational (college).

There were 34.9613 million students in ordinary and vocational colleges across the country, of which 18.931 million were general undergraduate students; 129,300 vocational undergraduate students; 15.901 million students in higher vocational (college).

5. Special education

In 2021, there were 2,288 special education schools across the country.There are 149,100 special educational students in various forms and 919,800 students at the school.There are 69,400 full -time teachers of special education.
